Leasowes High School is  delighted to celebrate the outstanding achievements of its students in this year’s GCSE examinations. Their hard work, resilience and determination have resulted in excellent outcomes across a wide range of subjects, reflecting the dedication of both staff and families who have supported them throughout their studies.

Among the results were some exceptional individual performances, including:

  • Student NB: 3 grade 9, 4 grade 8, 1 grade 7 and 1 grade 6

  • Student HR: 2 grade 9, 6 grade 8 and 1 grade 7

  • Student AS: 4 grade 9, 4 grade 8 and 1 grade 7

  • Student AH: 1 grade 9, 5 grade 8 and 3 grade 7

  • F. Rowley: 8 grade 8 and 1 grade 7

We also wish to make a special mention of the resilience shown by all our learners, particularly those who overcame significant challenges. Notably, three students (ID, NN and MS.) achieved 9 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, an inspiring accomplishment that reflects determination and perseverance.

Phillipa Harris, Deputy CEO of Invictus Education Trust, commented:

"A huge well done to all our Year 11 students on their GCSE results. Your hard work, determination and resilience have been inspiring and we are incredibly proud of what you have achieved. We would also like to pay tribute to our dedicated colleagues, whose commitment and expertise have supported our young people every step of the way. Finally, our thanks go to families for the encouragement and support they have given throughout this journey – it truly makes a difference. Today is a day to celebrate the achievements of our students and the strength of our Invictus community.”

As our students take the next step in their journeys, Leasowes High School celebrates their achievements and looks forward to seeing all that they will accomplish in the years ahead.
